This set covers his first recordings for RCA after his win of the famous Concours Reine Elisabeth in 1959 to his collaborations with Yo-Yo Ma and Emanuel Ax in the 1990s. It also includes his recordings from the Marlboro Festival with Rudolf Serkin and his legendary Bach Sonatas with Glenn Gould. Liner notes include appreciation by Yo-Yo Ma and notes by Emanuel Ax.
