    In contrast to their last concert film “Rammstein in America”, “Rammstein: Paris” is not a documentary with interviews and backgrounds, but a kind of artistic live portrait, a unique visual experience: flamethrowers, pyrotechnics, special effects, costumes, make-up, but also violence, blood, offensiveness and a lot of masculinity – the band, which has repeatedly been the subject of controversy in Paris, has surpassed itself. And director Jonas Åkerlund, who has already shot for artists like The Prodigy, The Rolling Stones, Metallica or U2, has succeeded in capturing this experience perfectly in image and sound.
